The Onsite Community Program
We believe that as a business, we have a responsibility to reach far beyond our customers and clients. It’s about reaching out to local communities so we can help aspirational young people from all walks of life. Only then can we say that we’re doing everything we can to make the world a better, brighter and more accessible place for everyone.
By coming together and working in the best interests of young people of all abilities, we can help create a future in which everyone can aim higher and achieve more. It’s about finding new ways to set their talents and creativity free so they can leave their mark on the world in their own signature way. Once we see the first few changes together, we know from experience that all we have to do is keep pulling in the same direction as a team.
Everyone should have access to the resources and information that gives them the chance to fulfill their full potential. With different skills, passions and interests defining every student and young person, we believe that the key is to cover as many bases as possible. That’s why we want to reach out to charter schools, organizations and whole communities in a truly personal way.
We see ourselves as facilitators of progress who can help level playing fields and open doors for the next generation. We go into it with a completely open mind as to what each student can achieve — we simply want to help them get there as quickly as possible so they never miss out on life-changing opportunities. Something as simple as spending a little extra time, or making a small donation can cause a massive shift in a young person’s life.
We want to create a world in which every student has access to exactly what they need to fulfill their potential. It won’t happen overnight, but with a long-term focus on continually reaching out and providing additional support, we can create an avalanche of progress that soon starts to sweep away the obstacles lying in students’ paths. This is our vision, and with you by our side, we’re passionate about turning it into
" We are looking to increase our incentive based programs which is one of the reasons for this outing to D&B. The group of scholars picked for the outing have been exemplary in academics as well as conduct despite any distractions. They have excellent attendance and are respectful to their fellow scholars as well as staff members. Unfortunately a lot of our scholars who conduct themselves well are often overlooked and this a way to reward them."
