Important Onsite IT Billing Update

On July 8th 2024, we updated our billing system to provide a more seamless way to pay your invoices. Here are a few reasons why we felt the switch would be worthwhile:

  • Convenient options to make online payments, including a financing option to pay your large invoice(s) in installments.

  • You can easily access your Onsite IT billing dashboard here: pay.onsitehelpdesk.com

  • On your dashboard, you can manage your outstanding invoices, view your payment history, store payment methods and invite other team members to help manage Accounts Payable.

ACH

Free, convenient, and secure. You will need to enter your preferred bank account details in the payment dashboard, and they will be saved for quick and easy future invoice payments. If your bank requires new accounts to be whitelisted for ACH debits, please whitelist the following: Originator ID: 7872213645

Credit / Debit Cards

Visa, MasterCard, Discover and all major credit cards have a 2.9% convenience fee, while American Express will be charged 3.5%. This fee is added to the invoice within the dashboard (not collected by Onsite IT). You will need to enter your preferred card details in the payment dashboard, which will be saved for quick and easy future invoice payments.

Pay in Installments

Take advantage of paying large invoices over 30 - 150 days with equal installment payments due each month. Regardless of the terms selected, the first payment is not due until day 30 (and every 30 days thereafter until fully repaid). Pay in Installments is subject to approval by our partner, Alternative Payments and financials will be requested as part of the review process.

Automatic Payments

If you are enrolled in automatic recurring credit card or ACH payments, please add your preferred payment method(s) to the “Payment methods” section of the new dashboard. Please pay your invoice manually this month and enroll in Auto-Pay through your Preferences to ensure you are fully set up for future automatic payments. If your bank requires new accounts to be whitelisted for ACH debits, please whitelist the following Originator ID: 7872213645.
